“Small enough to care about you; Big enough to get the job done”!
We understand that in today’s environment, privacy is no longer something we can simple just respect but we must protect. Regardless of who’s information we follow all privacy laws including, but not limited to, Consumer Protection Act, GBL and Red Flag.
Your collateral is as important to us as it is to you. So once a unit is recovered we will complete a Condition Report and photo document the condition of the unit. These reports will be sent to you via email or fax.
Voluntary repossession. We will discreetly call your customer and set up a time and place (sometimes this is at a different location than the home address) to pick up the unit. We will not force a voluntary recovery! If the customer does not want to surrender the unit, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We believe your customer should have paid you as agreed and now should be allowed to recovery the very security your customer promised to return when they took out the loan.
Payment plans are offered by you. We do not work as a collection agency and therefore do not ask nor discuss payments, payment options or what it will take to keep this from happening. Our thoughts are that they have had time to make those payments, now is the time to return the collateral.
You rest knowing that our agents do not and will not discuss "what it will take to get my car back".
Once the car is ‘on lot’, the customer, although required by law, may not give up their set of keys. We have the equipment to make keys to just about anything we recover. Some units require that they are taken to the dealership to have the keys made, we can provide a tow service to get the car there and a drive away service to get the unit back. Our heavy-duty towing services are available for large vehicles such as buses, RVs, and tractor-trailers. We have the equipment to handle any job!
Many people are not sure as to how to sell their collateral. And we don’t blame you, you don’t have time to be a banker and a car sells-person. We work with all the auctions in the area and are a part of a network of both online and ‘stick and brick’ auctions. We can get bids, run the unit through the auction or refer you to the closest auction for your unit.
We provide customer location services, commonly referred to as skip tracing. This service can be done in conjunction with a repossession order or by itself. With a repossession order, the service itself is ‘in addition’ to the recovery and carries with it a fee structure you must approve first. Should you elect to have us find the unit, we will. Once found and recovered, there will be just one invoice to pay.
Should your collateral be located out our service area, we will assign the account for repossession to licensed, bonded and insured repossession agency, using Time Financial Adjusters on a national basis. If you have your own list of agents, we'll coordinate the entire process using one of your vetted agencies or if you prefer to coordinate the repossession process yourself, we will work with your analyst or agent and them in touch with a certified recovery specialist.
Attention transporters. Effective July 25th, 2018 we are now requiring you to set your "24 hour notice" via our web page; this page. Any requests placed after 4pm today will need to be scheduled 2 days calendar days out. For example, if it is 4:30pm on Monday, you will need to schedule your appointment for anytime after 9am on Wednesday.
Below you will see a link. Please click on this link.
Once there:
1. The first page requires you select the appointment type. Select Transport pickup.
2. Enter the last six of the first VIN. If you have more than one, enter all with a comma between each.
2. Click the Captcha box.
3. Select Vin Check box.
4. The next screen you will a status of your units and the boxes to enter your information. You must enter a contact for you; either email or cell phone or both.
5. Next is the schedule your date and time. You will see same date appointments are not allowed. We will not hold to the exact hour, please do not worry about that part, but you must enter an approximate time. The time is a system requirement, not ours, but we would like to know "about when" you will be here.
Please be aware there are some rules and guidelines to setting appointments. Many of the these are governed, that is to say, we are following a law.
1. Redemption's are done via scheduled appointment only. Just showing up will not allow us to release property back.
2. We need some lead time. Mostly to make sure your paper work has been received by your lien holder. Many times, your lien holder will take up to 4 hours before we received the paper work. Thus, we can not accept an appointment request until we have received all your paperwork. You can make the request anytime, but we can not confirm the appointment until the paper work is in order.
3. Just because you requested an appointment does not mean it is set. Your appointment is not set until we confirm it. You will receive an email or text message confirming the appointment.
4. You will need the last six numbers of the vehicle identification number (VIN). We may not be able to release that to you.
There are two types of appointments you can schedule.
1. Getting both the vehicle and the contents located inside the unit back - "vehicle redemption"
If you are scheduling to get both (vehicle and contents) then select "vehicle redemption". Only select this if all of your paper work is in order and the we have permission to release the vehicle back to you. If you do not have permission to get the vehicle back but want to get the contents of out see #2.
2. Getting just the contents that are inside back - "property redemption"
This is when you want to get back what is located inside the vehicle. We do not always need permission from your lien holder to release personal property back to you; they may have their own form however. You might get the vehicle back later but for now you just want to get the contents, you will want this option.
When you are ready, and everything is in order, click the button below. Follow the instructions on this next screen.
